What’s your mid-ride nuritrion move?

I only eat bars, gels and science food that I bring from home. On the bike! Can’t stop, won’t stop.

On longer rides I pause at a gas station to grab snickers and Gatorade. But mostly eat on the bike.

I regularly stop at gas stations to eat cokes and corn dogs, chat with the group, check my messages, loosen up my shoes, etc.

We stop for lunch, in a Pub! Why else would I be on this ride in the first place? Brunch, baby!

I ride exclusively so that I can eat whatever I want the second I get home. Pizza!
